These Terms of Service govern your use of MRA Real Estate services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Service Agreement
MRA Real Estate provides comprehensive property management services as outlined in individual service agreements. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Property leasing and tenant placement
- Rent collection and financial management
- Property maintenance and repairs
- Tenant relationship management
- Legal support and compliance
Management Fees
Management fees are calculated as a percentage of monthly rental income, starting at 5% and varying based on property size and services required. Fees are clearly outlined in your service agreement and collected monthly.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property information and documentation
- Maintain property insurance and legal compliance
- Approve major repairs and expenditures as outlined in agreement
- Provide timely responses to urgent matters
- Pay management fees and approved expenses promptly
Limitation of Liability
MRA Real Estate's liability is limited to the scope of services provided under the management agreement. We maintain professional insurance and operate within industry standards and UAE regulations.
Termination
Either party may terminate the management agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all property-related documents and funds will be transferred according to the agreement terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by UAE law and RERA regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through Dubai courts or agreed arbitration procedures.
